This yoga class takes place in Moon room with infrared lights, which have many health benefits. They help with sleep quality, improve blood circulation, speed up metabolism and have an anti-aging effect. These lights create a pleasant, but not intense warmth and a beautiful atmosphere. After the lesson you, will feel like visiting a spa :)
