At times outside the fixed schedule of the SUN studio or MOON room. Included in the price of the room rental is 30 minutes for set-up before the rental begins and 30 minutes for clean-up after the rental ends. If more than 30 minutes of set-up time is required, it will be charged according to the prices below.

Individual prices of planned events can be found in our schedule.
Prepaid credit can be used for all of our yoga or dance lessons, courses, workshops and entry to the infrared sauna at a reduced price. You can book lessons online in our reservations system. The credit is valid for 3/6/9 months (depending on the amount of purchased credit) from the date of charge and is non-transferable and non-refundable. It cannot be exchanged for goods in our shop or money.
It can be uploaded online via GoPay or by card or cash directly at the reception in the studio.We accept cash and cards in the studio.
If the client does not show up on time for the booked yoga class or if the class is not canceled on time in the online booking system, the studio claims a refund of 100% of the class price. A booked yoga class can be canceled 3 hours before the start of the class in the booking system. If the client does not arrive for the lesson, the full lesson will be charged.
Cancellation fees on room rentalsAfter written confirmation of the reservation by the studio, the date, time and room selected by you, is fully booked and this date is not offer anymore to other interested parties. For this reason we have a cancellation policy in place. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation fee for other events (EVENT WST, workshops, courses, special lessons/classes, lectures, certification programs or events)
Sign up for these other events is possible through our reservation system. In case of purchasing other events from your credit, the full amount will be deducted immediately and is subject to the applicable cancellation policy stated above. In case of purchasing the event via payment gateway or by bank transfer, the full amount must be credited to our account within 5 days, otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled. We will send you a confirmation of the payment upon receipt of payment in case of bank transfer payment. Should you have paid the amount and not received a confirmation email, please contact us.
