The sauna is designed for 1-2 people and is set for 25 minutes, during this time the body receives all the healing benefits listed below. As part of your visit to the sauna, you will be given a towel upon arrival at reception. Inside the sauna you can relax under the color therapy lights or read a book from our library. After your sauna therapy, you can relax for a while with a WSTherapy detox shot.
