Vendula Prokorátová

I am a yoga teacher, therapist - crisis interventionist.

My passion is to learn about life and myself. To explore what life has to offer me. A yoga practice with me is a gentle caress to the soul as we delve into our inner self. And we open our hearts wide to shine. In my yoga practice, I connect body, mind and soul.

I love giving you confidence and strength. To teach you to quiet the rational mind and get closer to what is inherent in yourself. To no longer identify with the programs we have picked up from the external environment. Believe in the power of community and gender equality in terms of rights and opportunities. However, the evolution of humanity has gone through suppression of women's power, which is why events where women come together and support each other without judgement resonate with me. Movement, coolness, breath and meditative states play an indispensable role in my life.

She connects movement with breath and in whatever way is offered, opening a path to self, to stillness and understanding.

For me, yoga is a way of connecting with myself and helps me to look within - body, soul and mind. It teaches me to feel the wisdom of my body. As a yoga teacher and therapist, I love to explore the effect of movement and breath on ourselves: what it evokes, stirs, influences, shifts or changes within us.

I am currently studying a course carrying elements of yoga therapy and spiral yoga. I am combining this precious knowledge with my earlier studies in physiotherapy, which have given me an incredible foundation for understanding the processes within us.

Classes ride the wave of mindful movement, creating optimal alignment and gentle assistance in each yoga posture and breath work.

Silvi Ravas

Hi, I'm Silvi and my whole life has been about movement and working with my body. I started out dancing, worked as a professional dancer with Yemi AD and Project AWA, collaborated with Ben Cristova and other well-known artists, and fulfilled my dance dream when I danced on tour with Kanye West. After that, I started to pursue production full time in all directions and industries. Life suddenly took an incredible turn and fast pace, and with that came a great load of daily stress. And there was even that big life crash when I was born for the second time and the associated realization that I needed to slow down and get back to myself. Since I love movement and have been doing body work all my life, yoga was a definite choice :). After a couple of years of gentle flirting, I completely fell for yoga and decided to study in sunny Bali (Vinyasa Yoga - Yoga Alliance Certificate Teacher Training).

And why yoga?

Because it's my anchor, thanks to it I'm learning how to keep my not only physical but also mental balance, how to work with my untamed energy, also to push my limits and boundaries, but most importantly to slow down and listen to myself.

Through practicing yoga and dance I feel my love, gratitude and humility towards life, towards myself but most importantly I feel the joy it brings me in my everyday life :). And I find it incredibly fulfilling to sell this attitude and experience of movement in my classes to my students and anyone else who chooses to improve their quality of life.

Movement, sport, dance and theater have accompanied me since childhood. Movement for me is a source of energy and joy, which I like to share with people around me. I graduated from the department of Nonverbal Theater at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, with one year of internships Erasmus at the RESAD school in Madrid.

Back to the time during my studies, I had been familiar with the Pilates technique. Pilates and physical theater become my profession and complement each other perfectly. I see the body as a tool that needs to be taken care of. Pilates is a complex exercise that connects the work of body and mind.

During Pilates classes, you not only strengthen and stretch your body, but also refresh your mind and relax.

I currently teach pilates lessons on the mat, on pilates machines, and at the same time I am engaged in dance and theater work.

"Yoga saves lives" and mine has changed and is changing fundamentally. I was first introduced to yoga while traveling in Thailand and later it came back into my life regularly until it became my home and love. Like dance and music, yoga and meditation is my universal medicine. I recently expanded my yoga education with Dalibor Stedronsky's Underground Yoga School course, which focuses on functional mobility.

I have been practicing yoga intensively for about five years, my classes are playful, always different, but always in line with the energy of the group. I teach vinyasa, power and hatha yoga and am happy to complement classes with scented essences, meditation and touch and sound therapy.

I am happy to guide you through a yoga practice on the mat, but the real yoga happens off the mat.

I am a mom of 2 elementary school age boys and a little (soon to be 2 year old) amazon. Yoga has been fulfilling and influencing my life long before children, but it completely consumed me during my first motherhood when it helped me to reassemble and birth myself into my new self. I have seen its effect not only on myself, but through baby yoga on my son as well. Gradually, she gave us both the space to heal and weave our maternal bond with the silver and red thread. Along with the strength, the idea was born in me to offer women mothers a space to anchor themselves in the role of motherhood, as well as proven techniques in mother and baby care.

And this idea is still behind the concept of BabYoga today, which I continue to tweak and adjust as knowledge, workshops and experience shape me too.  At BabYoga classes led by my little one in the form of closed classes, you can look forward to a nice relaxed atmosphere, exercises that develop gross motor skills and support the natural development of the baby. Baby handling as well as playful routines for both of you. A good part of the classes are dedicated to the development of baby's fine motor skills, as well as therapeutic functional methods for tired moms.

I've been doing yoga since 2013 and the desire to share the joy of moving in the yogic spirit and discovering the Little Yoga project led me to Hana Luhanova, where I took a children's yoga course. Then followed the "Yoga Instructor" course at Yoga4Everybody, and a big shift in my practice was the Underground Yoga School and classes with Dalibor Štědroňský, from whom I probably get most of my inspiration.

Yoga is a source of joy and kindness to myself and others. I enjoy meeting myself at a yoga class and knowing myself to the tips of my toes :) Yoga is an endless inspiration for me, which started on a physical level and has long since permeated all areas of my life.

Thanks to my three teenage daughters, I am constantly expanding my horizons and practicing patience :) Additionally, I discovered that when I still kidnapped my daughters :-) the games we played together while laughing were actually acroyoga. I am building on the BabYoga concept and slowly adding the attributes of baby yoga to the yoga games. YogaGames classes are playful, responsive to the children's moods and in a kind relaxed atmosphere. The themed exercises are dynamic and calm developing the child's attention, balance and overall gross and fine motor skills. I try to lead the classes in a playful way and motivate the children by trying to get them excited about the exercises with a story related to the season or holiday, we "travel" to different places in the yoga class, sometimes the inspiration is a fairy tale, sometimes we play different games. I believe that a class led with a smile, kindness and gentleness is the best key to staying positive and motivated.

Since childhood I have been attracted to Eastern medicine techniques due to health problems. However, I didn't stay with any of the techniques for long before yoga came to me. I learned to listen to my body and mind and I completely succumbed to yoga and meditation. In addition to the various spiritual techniques that are part of this path, my interest turned to physiotherapy, coupled with psychosomatics, as the guiding principle of conscious movement.

When the vibrations of the gong came to me, I knew that this was my next path. Some things you just know. For the first time in my life, I encountered a technique where I didn't have to do anything at all and I could feel it happening for me. I just lay there and let the vibrations go through every cell of my body and in the midst of it all I felt incredible bliss and infinity. I started to play. To the gong I gradually added crystal bowls, chimes, drum and rattle and love at first sight became love for life.

Jarmila Lučanová

In Asia, where I lived and worked in holistic retreats for several years, I guided clients through meditations, music baths, cacao ceremonies and rituals. I have been doing sound healing, or healing with frequencies and sound, for seven years. It is an ancient therapeutic method that activates self-healing processes in the body and works on all levels of our being-physical, emotional and mental.

I guide people through meditations, massages with Tibetan bowls, musical baths with crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, Indian flute and many other healing musical instruments. I have been musical since I was a little girl, so healing musical instruments kind of came into my life on their own. Since music is a daily part of my life, I not only create it myself, but I also record personal meditations and affirmations. I am involved in Reiki healing, among other things.

I love to connect people with their primal essence, with their essence. It is wonderful to see them smile blissfully after a musical bath.
