I love giving you confidence and strength. To teach you to quiet the rational mind and get closer to what is inherent in yourself. To no longer identify with the programs we have picked up from the external environment. Believe in the power of community and gender equality in terms of rights and opportunities. However, the evolution of humanity has gone through suppression of women's power, which is why events where women come together and support each other without judgement resonate with me. Movement, coolness, breath and meditative states play an indispensable role in my life.
